Cancellation Policy

Appointments are of high importance, and keeping scheduled bookings helps keep costs low for you. We realize that unforeseen circumstances might require schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel an appointment, we request at least 48 hours’ notice, if possible. All cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance via email, text, or phone call. If cancellation is made within 48 hours, you will be given an additional 24 to Reschedule.Your appointment can be amended and rescheduled for a later day. ( Booking deposit is non-refundable but transferred to new appointment date).
